Kake Kreations uses Italian Meringue Buttercream as our primary .
It is a delicious, not overly sweet buttercream made with real butter, egg whites and pure vanilla extract.
Its smooth texture makes it absolutely delicious.
That being said our most popular buttercream flavours include:
Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon, Raspberry, Mocha, Hazelnut and Peanut Butter.
We are also proud to offer other fillings for your pleasure such as
Cookies N Cream or Lemon Curd; and fresh fruits such as Strawberry and Raspberry.
Most of our cakes are covered in fondant (that can be coloured to suit your décor) for that smooth satin finish
with a generous layer of our buttercream underneath. We are also currently offering a chocolate fondant as well
as our standard white fondant.
